Caramelized mushroom together with the chicken in a hot pan...
Mushroom flavors the chicken. Very Yummy..!!!!
Ingredients:
Chicken tights 4-pices (400g)
Mushroom 100 grams (oyster)
Small onion 100 grams
Tomato 1 nos
Black Pepper 10no's
Cardamon 2 nos
Cinnamon small piece
Clove 4 nos
Ginger 50grams
Garlic 50grams
Curry leave 10 leaves (as required)
Coriander -as required
Sesame Oil 2table spoon.
Make the Paste: remove the skins of garlic & ginger, grind it without adding water.
Marinate the chicken: Add curd, 1table spoon oil & salt in the chicken and leave it for 1hr.
Preparation:
1, In a medium hot pan slow fry the Cinnamon, Clove, Cardamon & curry leaf until golden brown with 1table spoon oil.
2, Add Small onion cut to small pieces, and fry it until golden brown.
3, Add Ginger Garlic Paste, then fry it until golden brown.
4, Add the sliced Mushroom & the chicken at the same time and mix with the gravy in the pan.
5, Close the pan with a lid and cook for 10min.
6, Add the sliced tomato, freshly crushed black pepper in to the hot pan and fry it.
7, Add required salt if needed & Coriander leaf.
8, Close the lid for another 5 to 10 min for the mushroom flavor to fully enter the chicken.
